Holding Deposits: Upon acceptance of an offer, within 24 hours we must ask you to lodge with us a Holding Fee, which will refundable up until contract acceptance (£250.00 to be retained by Elena Martin Property Consultant’s should sale not proceed due to administration costs).

Money Laundering Regulations: We no longer accept cash payments. Cheques, Banker’s drafts are welcome. Buyers and Sellers must present two forms of identification one of which must be photographic and the other a utility bill (please note photocopies are not acceptable).

Our staff have been professionally trained in Property Misdescriptions Act 1991, Data Protection Act 1998 and Money Laundering Regulations 2003.
