Statement of Contract

Holding Deposits:  Upon acceptance of an offer, within 24 hours we must ask you to lodge with us a Holding Fee, which will refundable up until contract acceptance (£250.00 to be retained by Elena Martin Property Consultant’s should sale not proceed due to administration costs).

Money Laundering Regulations:  We no longer accept cash payments.  Cheques, Banker’s drafts are welcome.  Buyers and Sellers must present two forms of identification one of which must be photographic and the other a utility bill (please note photocopies are not acceptable).

Legislation and Training:  We recognize the importance of all legislation introduced to regulate Estate Agents and ensure good practice. Our staff have been professionally trained in Property Misdescriptions Act 1991, Data Protection Act 1998 and Money Laundering Regulations 2003.
